Bluewaters Island is a AED 6 billion ($ 1.6 billion) project located near Jumeirah Beach Residence, one of Dubai's most popular residential areas.
The visiting card of the project is the "Dubai Eye" - the world's tallest Ferris wheel. The 210-meter high Dubai Eyes offers views of the coastline of Dubai, allowing you to enjoy contemplation of such iconic structures as Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa. Opens in early 2020.
The area at the base of the wheel is planned to be used as an entertainment complex and, at the same time, a unique place for holding special meetings and conferences; a huge LED screen mounted on a Ferris wheel structure will create an innovative electronic platform for advertising, television and interactive forms of communication.
The project also includes: a road connecting the island and the mainland to Sheikh Zayed Road; monorail systems that will connect the entertainment area with the subway and the pedestrian bridge with the coastline of the Jumeirah Beach Residence; a cable car that will take visitors to the performance area.
Bluewaters will also house shopping, residential, hotel and entertainment complexes. Souq, an oriental bazaar flanked by a pedestrianized area, will bring together open-air restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, shops, eateries and cafes, surrounded by the traditional atmosphere of an Arab market. It will also house a 5 * hotel and a residential complex.

Apartments located in 7 and 15-storey buildings are offered for sale as full ownership.

Most of the apartments offer great views of the bay, Dubai skyline and Palm Jumeirah.
