Dubai's «most expensive» townhouse sold for 35.5 million dirhams

A five-bedroom townhouse with an area of 4,558 square meters was sold for 35.5 million dirhams, making it the most expensive one sold in Dubai.

The property in the Villa Amalfi complex is located in Jumeirah Bay. It offers direct access to the beach and a full view of the sea and sunset from the roof. The houses in the complex offer views of the Persian Gulf on one side and the famous Dubai skyline on the other. The community of townhouses is built around a private park and has a number of public amenities. Jumeirah Bay has surpassed all areas of Dubai in terms of price growth over the past two years and has become one of the most desirable places for wealthy people.

Last month, the largest sale of residential land in Jumeirah Bay for 180 million dirhams ($50 million) was closed.

All luxury properties in Dubai are set for a record year, and prices are likely to rise by 15% by the end of 2022.

Recently, there has been a series of record sales of real estate in the emirate. Earlier this month, a 1,600-year-old olive tree villa located on Palm Jumeirah Frond G was sold for 128 million dirhams.

In July 2022, a villa with a garden was sold for 67 million dirhams, making it the most expensive sold in Palm Jumeirah.
