On January 25, 2023, real estate transactions worth more than 1.5 billion dirhams were registered in Dubai

According to the Dubai Land Department, 494 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.34 billion dirhams, 84 mortgage transactions worth 186.59 million dirhams and 16 gift transactions totaling 17.73 million dirhams were made on the Dubai real estate market on Wednesday.

75 land plots worth 395.07 million dirhams and 419 houses and apartments were sold for 943.13 million dirhams. Mortgage loans were issued for 68 houses and apartments in the amount of 168.54 million dirhams, 16 land plots in the amount of 18.05 million dirhams and real estate transactions totaling 1.5 billion dirhams.
