In addition to the ongoing Expo-2020 in Dubai and the successful fight against the pandemic, the Emirate's strong economy, stable currency and investor-friendly policies implemented over the years are paying dividends and strengthening the confidence of foreign investors in the long term.

Thierry Delvaux, CEO of JLL Middle East, Africa and Turkey, said that the UAE's economic indicators as a whole indicate that economic growth has gained momentum in 2021.

«The exhibition helped to stimulate economic growth, due to the occupancy rate of hotels and prices for residential real estate. We expect these factors to continue to have a positive impact on the real estate market in 2022», Thierry said.

Rizwan Sajan, chairman and founder of Danube Group, said that Dubai has a number of advantages that attract foreign investors.

«Firstly, all investments are protected from any interference. Secondly, Dubai offers a business-friendly environment, unprecedented security and quality of life. Thirdly, Dubai real estate offers a fairly good return on investment. Therefore, Dubai is a magnet for foreign investors», Sajan added.
