The Hills is a housing development located in Emirates Living with easy reach to Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The project commenced in 2013 and concluded in 2019. The neighbourhood is made up of four towers, including two residential buildings and two hotel buildings that have views of the Emirates Golf Club.

The community is not so large, so it is difficult to name the most popular buildings in The Hills. There are only 2 residential buildings on the territory – these are the Vida Residence towers of 12 and 15 floors. They feature spacious 1-3-bedroom apartments. The Vida Emirates Hills and Vida Residence The Hills Hotels have serviced hotel rooms.
