Dubai: Gardenia Townhomes ll townhouses sold out

Gardenia Townhomes II townhouses, which entered the market at the second stage of construction, are completely sold out. The project, which is part of the Wasl Gate Master Development project in Jebel Ali, is scheduled to be completed in Q3 2024. The cost of townhouses under construction starts from AED 2.9 million, while the tempting payment plan includes 40% of the initial payment and 60% of the final payment. As part of the third and final stage of sales, a certain number of residential units will be available on the market for interested buyers. In total, the complex has 92 townhouses with three or four bedrooms.

A brand-new swimming pool, gym, as well as two parking spaces reserved for each townhouse — all this is available to buyers. After the landscaping of the Wasl Gate community is completed, the dog walking area and central park will be available to residents.
