The construction of the 365-meter-high Ciel Tower in Dubai, which is to become the tallest freestanding hotel in the world, has reached an intermediate stage - 52 floors. The work on the megaproject at Dubai Marina is in full swing in order to meet the planned completion date in the fourth quarter of 2023, and the opening of the hotel in the first half of 2024.
Ciel Tower will have more than 1,000 rooms. Premium rooms, such as Ciel Observatory & Lounge, will be located on the 81st floor with a signature rooftop terrace and panoramic pool.
The key feature of the hotel will be a 300-meter atrium with vertically arranged landscaped terraces that will cover 82 floors of the building.
