On Monday, January 23, 2023, it became known about the launch of AIRE Dubai.
The project, which is located in the center of Downtown Dubai, was created by Arquitectonica, and the interior design was done by the Australian firm McKimm.
A large hotel-style swimming pool, an ultra-modern gym, yoga and pilates studios, an indoor spa, an ice bath, saunas and a golf simulator are just some of the many facilities available. In addition, the 57th floor is surrounded by a green treadmill and meditation centers.
The complex offers single-level houses with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, duplexes, triplexes and full-length penthouses. All of them are distinguished by a thoughtful approach to design, which is restrained, refined and carefully designed to provide natural lighting and wide views of the city, the sea and the Burj Khalifa.
