New project in Sharjah worth 3.5 billion dirhams

On Wednesday, Hayyan launched its new project worth 3.5 billion dirhams, which will house the largest blue water lagoon and the largest public park in Sharjah.

The project covers an area of 8.7 million square feet, accommodates a total of 1,836 villas located in three different zones. The construction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.

In addition to an area of 80,000 square meters allocated for organic gardens, the project includes more than 40,000 trees to create a sustainable green environment, football fields, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The residential units in the project include six different interior designs. From seven-bedroom mansions to two-bedroom family houses.

Property in Sharjah has been fairly stable even during COVI-19 pandemic, as most buyers in the emirate are believed to be end users. According to Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (RERD), the volume of real estate transactions in the emirate last year totaled 26.2 billion dirhams, reflecting a significant year-on-year increase of 64.9%.
