The total value of real estate transactions at the moment has exceeded 701 million dirhams of the UAE. The sales included 217 villas and apartments worth 469.14 million dirhams, 16 land plots worth 114.11 million dirhams and 54 villas worth 86.77 million dirhams. Mortgage loans included 7 plots of land worth 21.69 million dirhams and 54 villas worth 86.77 million dirhams.
