According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Thursday, March 2, 628 purchase and sale transactions worth AED 1.78 billion were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 87 mortgage transactions totaling AED 157.44 million and 23 gift transactions totaling AED 129.07 million.
The sales included 64 plots of land worth AED 485.74 million and 564 houses and apartments totaling AED 1.29 billion. Mortgage loans participated in the purchase of 10 plots of land worth AED 40.66 million and 77 houses and apartments worth AED 116.79 million. The total value of today's real estate transactions amounted to almost AED 2 billion.
