According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Thursday, December 15, 2022, 468 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.39 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 84 mortgage transactions worth 259.89 million dirhams and 65 gift transactions totaling 109.6 million dirhams.
The total value of real estate transactions to date has exceeded 1.7 billion dirhams of the UAE. The sales included 401 villas and apartments worth 1.03 billion dirhams and 67 land plots worth 363.83 million dirhams. Mortgage loans included 70 villas and apartments in the amount of 196.01 million dirhams and 14 land plots in the amount of 63.88 million dirhams.
