454 real estate transactions were registered in Ajman during February. The emirate's property market performance is stable.
According to the monthly report issued by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, the value of real estate transactions in the northern emirate amounted to USD 216 million in February 2021.
The report pointed out the stable performance of the emirate's property market.
A total of 454 real estate transactions was registered in Ajman during February. The list of most traded areas was topped by the Eastern Sector with sales transactions standing at USD 107 million in general. The highest sale of land in terms of value was recorded at Nuaimia 2, where a land worth USD 2.5 million was sold.
Moreover, the report stated that 394 mortgage transactions were registered in Ajman in February. The highest of them was estimated at USD 21.7 million for the land in Rumaila 2, it added.
Ajman is known as the smallest emirate of UAE. The city of Ajman is not big either but rather compact and easily accessible from Dubai and Sharjah. It is open to new investors both local and foreign.
