Sharjah: Home Handovers at Phases 4 and 5 of Nasma Residences Start

Arada Developments begins home handovers at phases 4 and 5 of Nasma Residences launched in June 2019.

Sharjah-based property development company Arada announced the beginning of home handovers for nearly 500 units in the two last phases at Nasma Residences, the company's best-selling project. Construction on phases 4 and 5 started in June 2019. There are 302 villas and townhouses in phase 4 and 174 townhouses in phase 5.

Nasma Residences project was launched in 2017 and the first homes were handed over to clients in May last year. Since then the company has pushed forward aggressively with construction to guarantee timely delivery and exceptionally high quality of the units.

After being launched, Nasma Residences became Sharjah’s fastest-selling project as its first phase sold out in less than a month. The first five phases of the community are at the moment fully sold out and phase 6 was up for sale in September. The additional phase will comprise 124 villas and townhouses and it is already 50% sold out. Homes in Phase 6 will be completed by the end of Q2 2022.

Having over 1,100 homes, Nasma Residences is a fully integrated community. It has a a 13-acre landscaped park with cycling and jogging tracks, two smaller neigbourhood parks and an international school.

In addition to all that a new retail and leisure complex Nasma Central will open by the end of this year, it is designed to be integrated into the landscaped park.

Spread over a 5 million square foot area in the fast-growing Al Tay suburb, Nasma Residences has excellent connectivity with Dubai and the rest of the Northern Emirates.
