The last residential complex of Midtown is being built in Dubai

A new 360-apartment residential complex consisting of two high-rise buildings will appear in Dubai. The project will be the latest addition to the Midtown residential area located in Dubai Production City.

The project will occupy an area of 48,440 m². The initial price of the apartments is AED 560,000 ($152,000). The project is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.

Midtown consists of 24 buildings forming six districts. There is a shopping boulevard with shops and services, parks, large children's playgrounds. Deyaar Development is engaged in the project.

Dubai Production City is a special economic zone for companies producing media content. In addition to preferential business conditions, DPC allows foreigners to own real estate on the freehold principle.
