Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to 5.3 billion dirhams

During the week ending August 5, 2022, real estate and real estate transactions totaling 5.3 billion dirhams of the UAE were made. A total of 2,247 transactions were made.

1,510 apartments and villas were sold for 2.79 billion dirhams, while 255 plots were sold for 1.24 billion dirhams.

In Al Khaimah 5, the most transactions were made - 130 purchases worth 310.91 million dirhams. Jebel Ali First took second place with 40 sales worth 126.81 million dirhams, and Al Jafrah 2 took third place with 26 sales worth 31 million dirhams.

The total value of the mortgaged property for the week was 1.14 billion dirhams, while the land in Al Thannyah First received the highest mortgage of 140 million dirhams.

68 properties worth 214 million dirhams of the UAE were distributed among relatives of the first degree.
