Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, April 22-29, 2021

121 plots of land were sold for USD 143 million, 1121 apartments and villas were sold for USD 598 million.

1,791 real estate and property transactions worth USD 2.3 billion in total were registered in Dubai during the week from 22 to 29 April, 2021.

The largest transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 19 million followed by a land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid that was sold for USD 8.1 million.

The highest number of transactions during the week was recorded in Al Hebiah Third with 25 sales transactions amounting to USD 14.2 million. Nad Al Shiba Third came second with 18 sales transactions worth USD 13 million. It is followed by Nad Al Shiba First that had 15 sales transactions worth USD 9.8 million.

As for apartments and villas, the most expensive unit was an apartment sold for USD 88 million in Marsa Dubai. Next on the list was a villa in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 63 million. And an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 54 million was third among the top three.

Total sum of mortgaged properties for the week was USD 1.6 billion. The highest was a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for USD 1.08 billion.

171 properties worth USD 72 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
