The largest land transaction was registered in Palm Jumeirah, standing at USD 5.9 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 5.7 million in Al Mezhar Second.
Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 37 sales transactions worth USD 99.5 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Fourth also with 37 sales transactions worth USD 42 million and Al Hebiah Third with 20 sales transactions worth USD 12 million completing the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 89 million, a villa in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 66 million and an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 53 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 816 million. The highest was a land in Al Mamzer, mortgaged for USD 204 million.
