1,257 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.07 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 21 to 28 January 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Island 2, standing at USD 11.8 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 8.1 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.
Nadd Al Shiba Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 33 sales transactions worth USD 21.6 million. It is followed by Al Yufrah 3 with 13 sales transactions worth USD 2.8 million and Al Yufrah 2 with 8 sales transactions worth USD 1.6 million completing the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 35.9 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 23.4 million and an apartment in Business Bay sold for USD 20.6 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 544.5 million. The highest was a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for USD 153 million.
73 properties worth USD 84.6 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
