According to data published by the Dubai Land Department, 1,809 real estate transactions totaling 7.3 billion dirhams were completed in the week ending October 7, 2022.
975.52 million dirhams were paid for 98 plots, and 4.47 billion dirhams were paid for 1711 apartments and villas.
During the week, the total amount of mortgaged real estate amounted to 1.47 billion dirhams, while 157 properties worth 418.56 million dirhams were provided to relatives of the first degree.
The three largest land transactions included a land plot in Business Bay, sold for 74 million dirhams UAE, land in Umm Al Sheif, sold for 72 million dirhams UAE, and land in Palm Jumeirah, sold for 58 million dirhams UAE. This week, the most transactions were made in Jebel Ali (18 sales transactions totaling 58 million dirhams), followed by Al Hebiah Fifth (15 sales transactions totaling 52 million dirhams) and Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens (14 sales transactions totaling 293 million dirhams).
