FAQ
Where is Elan located?

When was Elan built? This is a new community in Tilal Al Ghaf and many of its residential units have not yet been commissioned. This fact and the fact that the community is located in a quiet and spacious area, make the local housing attractive for investment.

Elan is located in the central part of the city, a 25-minute drive from the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. The community is surrounded on three sides by Hessa, Sheikh Zayed Road and Club Drive and the fourth side is adjacent to the Jumeirah Golf Estate.

What residential complexes and sub-communities are there in Elan?

Elan's main developer is Majid Al Futtaim, a company founded in 1992. The developer implements projects in different cities offering property in Dubai, Sharjah and Beirut. The company also has several projects being built in Oman. Tilal Al Ghaf is Dubai's flagship project with an area of three million square metres under development. The community is designed for 20,000 people. The plan is to build 6,500 houses.

A man-made lagoon with a sandy beach will be created in the centre of the community, where you can swim and do water sports, play volleyball and chill with your friends. The common area will house cafés and restaurants, shops and gyms. The project’s residents will have access to a yoga and pilates studio, a cinema and swimming pools.

The scale of the project and the impeccable reputation of the developer will ensure a high return on investment for any property in Elan.

Residential projects from the developer:

  • Calia Beach Collection
