Jumeirah Park is another great project from Nakheel Properties, one of the best construction companies in the UAE. The development spreads over an area of more than 370 hectares and consists of a club community with more than 2,000 villas. It is directly behind Jumeirah Lake Towers (or JLT), as well as on the border of Jumeirah Islands and Meadows. This living space is surrounded by greenery and is conveniently situated:

What residential projects and communities are in Jumeirah Park

There are no residential development projects in this area but there are 4 villas sub-communities called Legacy, Regional, Legacy Nova and Heritage. Legacy is the most popular community in Jumeirah Park. It consists of 460 luxury villas commissioned in 2017 by Nakheel. Here you can find villas with 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms.

Regional is the second-most popular sub-community of villas. The houses are presented with 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. The exterior of these villas is decorated using traditional Arabic architecture. Geometric designs and the finishing of the floors and courtyards are distinctive features in this cottage community.

Next in popularity is the Legacy Nova sub-community with the newest houses. These villas of 380 m2 are located near the Springs and the Meadows. The uniqueness of the villas is the large windows, skylights and wide roof terraces. These features allow maximum natural light to pass into the cottages.

Where to go shopping in Jumeirah Park

The community is great as it combines environmental friendliness, a high standard of living and a developed urban environment. In the neighboring areas of the emirate, you can spend time on the beach, do your shopping, deal with business problems and more. In addition, you can easily get anywhere in the metropolis but this is not entirely necessary since everything you need is already in Jumeirah Park.

The Pavilion is a small shopping mall located in Jumeirah Park. There are several restaurants, fast-food establishments, and retail stores.

The shopping galleries closest to Jumeirah Park are the Dubai Marina Mall, the Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall. These can be reached in no more than 15 minutes. There are many souvenir shops in Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall. Carrefour hypermarket with its huge assortment of products, household chemicals and other daily necessities is open in Ibn Battuta Mall.

Currently. a shopping and entertainment mall of the same name is being built near Jumeirah Park. It will occupy a huge area of 186,000 m2. 350 shops, a multiplex cinema, a cafe and a multi-story parking lot for more than 4,400 cars will open here. This shopping mall will also meet the needs of guests as a hotel will be connected to it. Al-Hail Avenue will be an ideal place for entertainment for residents from Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Village Circle, Discovery Gardens and Meadows.

What schools and kindergartens to choose in Jumeirah Park

Jumeirah Park is a gated community and perhaps one of the quietest residences in Dubai, designed for quiet family life. Here you can easily find educational centers for different ages. Dubai British School has been opened for primary and secondary school students, where they are taught according to the English program and GCSE, IGCSE, AS and A-level exams. Opposite the Dubai British School is another British school called Taaleem.

Kindergartens are open for preschool children in the nearest residential areas such as Marina Village. If you are looking for an educational institution for older children, we recommend paying attention to Keystroke University. For higher education, you may be interested in Balamand University, which is located 20 minutes away in the Dubai Investment Park. This university follows the American education system.

What transport is in Jumeirah Park

As construction is currently being completed, there are no hotels ready to receive guests. However, guests can find excellent accommodation options in nearby residential communities such as Jumeirah Lake Towers.

One of these options is the 5-star Bonnington Hotel. The hotel has 271 rooms, each of which is fully equipped with the most modern amenities. You can use the services of a fitness room, a beauty salon and a conference room.

Movenpick is another hotel nearby with 168 rooms, restaurants and entertainment centers, an ultra-modern spa, an outdoor swimming pool and a conference hall. It is in Cluster A of Jumeirah Lake Towers.
