The area of the neighborhood is 8 sq. km. JVC is a rapidly developing freehold area of Dubai. The development of the neighborhood started in 2005. Today the area is a perfectly developed location for different categories of people: employees, businessmen, investors, families with children or single people.

The area is designed in the form of a circle. There is a circular square from which the streets radiate in the center. The greater the distance from the center of the neighborhood to the residential complex, the quieter it is.
