FAQ
Where is La Mer?

The community is located in the northern part of the city and stretches along the Gulf Coast. It comprises two peninsulas located between the Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay neighbourhoods, connected by La Mer Beach. Visitors come here for family vacations, water sports and walks along the shore. Modern design and minimalism are combined with conceptual graffiti and murals. The location's name is not random. It refers to the coastal French towns. This part of Dubai is imbued with such an atmosphere.

When was La Mer built? The beach complex opened in 2018, so this neighbourhood is new and rapidly developing. Moreover, residents and visitors to the community will benefit from La Mer's proximity to major attractions and the city's business centre.

What residential projects and communities are in La Mer?

La Mer has no high-rises; the neighbourhood is more like a suburb. Luxury three-storey developments, mostly townhouses and villas, create a feeling of cosiness and privacy. At the same time, one of the advantages of the community is that you can get to the centre in 10 minutes.

All the properties are built with high-quality materials; the interior is thoughtfully designed and furnished. Each residential complex has a view of the Persian Gulf (just 50–100 metres to the sea) and a landscaped area. All the objects have modern infrastructure from underground parking to outdoor swimming pools and gyms.

The developer’s strict adherence to deadlines has been recognised with awards. The company's projects include residential complexes and commercial facilities — restaurants, retail premises and entertainment centres.
