The Village Community Mall, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, fitness room and various shops, is a 6-minute drive away. Another trade place, Mudon Community Centre, is located 15 minutes away. It takes half an hour to get to the city’s most famous malls — Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall and Ibn Battuta Mall.

Popular and well-known restaurants and cafes near the residential complex are the Magic kitchen ice cream parlour and the Take it cheesy pastry shop. There are also several establishments in Mira Town Centre — Zaatar w Zeit restaurant, Starbucks coffee shops and LDC Kitchen+Coffee.
Transport and parking spaces in Mira Oasis
The J02 bus runs from the community to Dubai Studio City. It passes through the areas of Sustainable City and Arabian Ranches 2.
Most residents have their own cars. It will easy to find a place, as each house is equipped with an indoor parking lot. Guests and community members who do not have a car can call a taxi, which will arrive in a few minutes.
Hospitals and clinics in Mira Oasis
American Hospital Mira Clinic is located in the cluster. Specialists from various fields work here, including family doctors, pediatricians, dermatologists, physiotherapists and psychotherapists. There are medical complexes in the neighbouring community of Town Square, which borders the district — this is Medcare Medical Centre, VET veterinary clinic and YAH Polyclinic dentistry.
Schools and kindergartens
Cherry Tree Nursery and Maple Bear Nursery are located across the street from the community, in Town Square. They can be reached in 8 minutes.
Ranches Elementary and Fairgreen International are among the nearest schools. The first one offers a British curriculum up to grade 6. The second one is an international undergraduate school. Both educational institutions are a 5-minute drive away.
The community is close to several prestigious universities such as the University of Dubai, Emirates Aviation University, branches of the Rochester Institute of Technology and Murdoch University.
