Area description

Remraam is a relatively small community located away from the centre of Dubai. The community is designed for quiet, peaceful, and comfortable living. The area consists of 56 low-rise houses surrounded by parks and public spaces.

The community is divided into two clusters: Al Thamam and Al Ramth. The first cluster was built in 2013 and the second one is currently under construction. A total of 198 buildings are planned.

The developments will offer studios and 1- to 3-bedroom apartments. All homes will be delivered with finished interiors and there are options for balconies and terraces.

The area has football and basketball pitches, a swimming pool, gyms, and a skate park. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bus stops are within walking distance. The road to the centre of the emirate takes about 30 minutes, and Al Maktoum International Airport is 15 minutes away.

The community has Geant Express and Carrefour supermarkets with a wide range of groceries and household items. There are two other supermarkets within 5 minutes’ drive, Viva and Spinneys, in the neighbouring community of Damac Hills.

The nearest hypermarket is Mango Hypermarket 3 in the Dubai Investment Park area, a 12-minute drive away. Here you can buy groceries as well as household goods, clothing and appliances.

The Ranches Souk shopping complex is 10 minutes away by car. In addition to a variety of shops, it offers everything for a family's leisure time, including cafes, restaurants, and a children's amusement park.
