The 3.25 km² community is divided into 5 clusters:
- Aldea consists of properties designed in the Spanish style, with a swimming pool, fountains and a garden. This area is home to a tennis academy as well. The most popular buildings in The Villa are located in Aldea.
- The Haciendas is a landscaped village featuring villas with 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms. These row-built houses offer stunning views of landscaped courtyards and lush green gardens.
- The Centro consists of custom-built Mediterranean-style villas. The roofs of these villas are covered with terracotta tiles. GEMS School and The Villa Community Centre are located in the Centro area. There is a club, cafes and restaurants as well.
- The Ponderosa and Mazaya are luxurious ranch-style 5-bedroom residences.
The houses are put up for sale with designer finishes and furniture, land and private parking.
The community has its own shopping centre, Centro Camino Mall, with a supermarket, clinic, beauty salon, currency exchange, musical instrument store and Starbucks coffee shop.
Shopping: shopping centres, supermarkets and malls in The Villa
There is a community centre with a Spinneys store.
Other supermarkets, such as Carrefour, Choithrams, West Zone Fresh and Shua Al Madina, are within a 10-minute drive.
You can go to Dubai Outlet Mall for large purchases. It will take you about 15 minutes by car to reach this place.
Restaurants in The Villa, cafes and bars
There is a few restaurants in the complex. The Oregano Restaurant serves the city’s best pasta, pizzas and gluten-free meals in the community centre. It is popular with foodies and considered one of Dubai’s best pasta restaurants. Spice N Nice is a restaurant next to the Centro residential cluster. You can find many establishments, including Oasis Vibe, Hello Tea and Falafil Al Rabiah Al Khadra Silicon in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Transport and parking spaces in The Villa
Most residents of the villas have their own cars: it will easy to find parking, as each residence has its own parking space, and there is a shared parking for guests. Locals who do not have a car can call a taxi from neighbouring areas, which will arrive in a few minutes.
The Dubai Sky Courts bus stop is located on the border with the neighbouring community. Dubai Mall can be reached by bus number 30. The journey time is about an hour.
Hospitals and clinics in The Villa
Dubai London Clinic is located in the complex. There are several other medical institutions within a 5-10-minute drive: a branch of the large Aster network and the Health Connect Poly Clinic medical centre.
Kindergartens and schools in The Villa
The cluster is home to the GEMS First Point International School, which offers a British curriculum. Another British school, The Aquila School, is located nearby. It is a 5-minute drive away.
The Hacienda cluster has Emirates British Nursery for younger children. Jumeirah International Nurseries in Villanova and Chubby Cheeks in Skycourts Towers, Dubailand, are 7 minutes by car.
