The 3.25 km² community is divided into 5 clusters:

Aldea consists of properties designed in the Spanish style, with a swimming pool, fountains and a garden. This area is home to a tennis academy as well. The most popular buildings in The Villa are located in Aldea.
The Haciendas is a landscaped village featuring villas with 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms. These row-built houses offer stunning views of landscaped courtyards and lush green gardens.
The Centro consists of custom-built Mediterranean-style villas. The roofs of these villas are covered with terracotta tiles. GEMS School and The Villa Community Centre are located in the Centro area. There is a club, cafes and restaurants as well.
The Ponderosa and Mazaya are luxurious ranch-style 5-bedroom residences.
