Tilal Al Ghaf is being developed in the posh residential areas of DAMAC Hills (Akoya by DAMAC), Dubai Studio City, Dubai Sports City, and Jumeirah Golf Estates. The neighborhood is located on Hessa Street on the D61, near the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan and Hessa Street. The nearest bus stops can be found in Dubai Sports City.
