Covering a total area of 3 sq. km, the community boasts excellent infrastructure, a peaceful family atmosphere, an abundance of greenery and a comfortable environment for pedestrians and cyclists. This autonomous community is located on the outskirts of Dubai, near the junction of Al Qudra Rd (D63) and Emirates Rd (E611). The nearest residential communities are within 20 minutes’ drive:

  • Damac Hills with golf club, school and shopping centre;
  • Mudon with a shopping centre;
  • The Sustainable City with an international school.

Al Maktoum Airport is within about half an hour's drive. Downtown Dubai and the seashore are 40 minutes away.

Which schools and kindergartens to choose from in Town Square?

Kindergartens in Town Square are currently under development, as is the area itself. The only preschool in operation is the Maple Bear Nursery. It is located in one of the apartment complexes.

There are currently no functioning schools in Town Square. Residents can send their children to educational institutions in neighbouring communities. The nearest international school, Fairgreen International School, is located in The Sustainable City community and is within 14 minutes’ drive. This international school follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.
