Al Barakah was established in 2007 as a fully Sharia-compliant diversified real estate investment and development group. As a sharia-compliant company, Al Barakah is totally committed to the traditional values of fairness and transparency in every aspect of dealings with investors and buyers. The company’s board comprises of directors who are all professionals with rich regional and international experience in real estate and other business sectors. Our first partnership venture in the UAE came in the form of a very successful real estate brokerage firm, Inside Track Real Estate Brokers LLC, set up two years ago. We are proud to say that through Inside Track, we have gained experience in selling projects worth billions of Dirhams. We have also been jointly investing in various realty projects in the UAE. The introduction of regulatory laws by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and the Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, catalyzed our decision to enter into property development.
