Al Bateel Real Estate Company LLC was established in 2008 through an alliance of Kuwaiti companies Injazzat Real Estate Development Company and Dhow International, Its aim is to provide real estate projects to meet the growing demand in various real estate sectors in Dubai.
Since its inception, Al Bateel has been keen on balancing between various real estate market sectors, and focusing on acquiring income-generating properties, land development and real estate services.
Al Bateel Real Estate Company has developed, manages or owns through commercial alliances, various real estate assets in different areas of Dubai and the most prominent locations are Al Quoz Industrial Area and Jebel Ali First, and Meydan.
