We urgently needed to buy a spacious villa in Abu Dhabi near the sea with a white sandy beach, a swimming pool in the courtyard, with green areas with barbecue, huge panoramic windows, a large kitchen area and a living room, because we have a very large family and many friends. We like to get together in our free time. A friend of our family helped us choose the developer TDIC, because she had bought an apartment through this company. The manager worked quickly, chose several options for us, we visited this place and immediately bought this villa on the Saadiyat Island. Thus, our quick purchase turned out to be more successful than we thought.
