Keturah is a brand of luxury residential and hotel real estate from MAG. The mansions in the Keturah Reserve project, the cost of which will cost 3 billion AED ($ 820 million), are located in the Meydan district of Dubai.
With this residential complex, Dubai developer MCG reinforces its recent launch of mansions in an elite residential complex worth 177 million AED ($48.19 million). In addition to houses, the Keturah Reserve project will pay great attention to the concept of "biological well-being", as local developers are increasingly focused on eco-friendly self-sufficiency of projects and wellness infrastructure.
The completion of the MAG project is scheduled for Q2 2025. In its very center there will be a park with an area of 27,870 square meters, "planted with thousand-year-old olive trees collected from all over the world". This decision also recalls the origin of the developer — the Al Gadda family — olive tree farmers and plantation owners.
The houses will be positioned "at an angle" to maximize natural daylight and "scatter it throughout the interior without excessive heating and glare". An interior space with double volume will increase the flow of naturally cooled air, which will reduce the need for air conditioning. Open-plan spaces are also designed without corridors and hallways.
Keturah Reserve is designed by architect Charlie Wu. MAG is adding the Keturah brand to its other luxury residential and hotel projects, including the Dubai Creek project. 8 mansions under the Ritz-Carlton brand were put up for sale here, each for 177 million AED ($48.19 million).
