The total amount of real estate transactions in Dubai for the week exceeded 8.6 billion AED

On March 24, 2023, 3,164 real estate transactions worth 8.6 billion AED were made. This information was provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD).

 

According to DDL data, 2,177 apartments and villas were sold for a total of 4.73 billion AED, while 218 land plots were sold for 1.9 billion AED.

 

The sale of two land plots on Palm Jumeirah worth 550 million AED and 74 million AED, as well as a land plot in Al Thanyah Fourth worth 70 million AED, were among the three largest transactions for the period under review.

 

This week, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most property sales:94 transactions totaling 326.67 million AED. Al Habib Fourth district took second place with 25 transactions totaling 247.85 million AED, and Jebel Ali First concluded 24 transactions totaling 65 million AED.

 

The three largest apartment deals included deals for the sale of apartments in Mankhool worth 61 million AED, apartments on Palm Jumeirah worth 54 million AED and apartments in Marsa Dubai worth 52 million AED.

 

During the week, real estate was mortgaged in the amount of 1.54 billion AED. The first-degree relatives were granted grants for 349 real estate objects totaling 522 million AED.
