In Dubai, the most expensive townhouse with an area of 2,130 m2 in the history of the local real estate market has been put up for sale. The house is being asked for AED 460 million ($ 125 million).
The townhouse is located near the coastal areas of Umm Suqeim, Umm Suqeim 2 and Umm Suqeim 4. These areas are considered prestigious.
The house has nine bathrooms, as well as a gym, staff quarters and an underground garage for 12 cars, a swimming pool, a veranda and a garden. The house is fully equipped with furniture, designer repairs have been made. In the dining room of the house there is a custom-made piano and a crystal table.
Earlier, a record-breaking mansion, nicknamed the “marble palace”, with an area of 5574 m2 appeared on the Dubai real estate market. The owner asks for AED 749 million ($204 million) for it.
