Elitz 2 will be built in Dubai, offering a choice of small studios, as well as one-two- and three-bedroom apartments. The project consists of two towers with 39 and 45 floors.
Elitz 2 will be built in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The total cost of construction is estimated at AED 900 million ($245 million). The project will use “green” construction practices. In particular, housing will consume less energy. This corresponds to the trend for sustainable development, popular in the UAE.
The price of apartments in Elitz 2 starts from AED 650,000 ($176,962). In total, the residential complex will have 750 different apartments and several shops on the ground floor.
The developer is the Indian company Danube Properties. The company's management noted that the launch of Elitz 2 is associated with the success of the Elitz 1 project and the ever-growing demand for real estate in Dubai. At the same time, about 40% of investments in Elitz 1 were made by Indian citizens.
