Abu Dhabi to build a residential complex for the right workers

In Abu Dhabi, the Century Village residential complex will appear on Al Reem Island. The project is designed specifically for workers in such areas as healthcare, transport, and the hospitality industry. It is now in demand in the capital of the UAE the most.

The project will cost AED 320 million ($87 million) and will provide housing for 5,000 different specialists. The creators promise a completely new level of housing for employees, but so far, it has not shared details about the types of real estate, area, layout and design features.

Century Village is a joint project of Emirates Stallions Group and Q Holding. The main contractor will be GBH International Contracting. The preparatory stage of the work will be carried out by the Royal Development Company.
