A new residential complex with luxury villas by the sea will appear in Dubai

A new project designed for wealthy real estate buyers will appear in Dubai. We are talking about the Sobha Hartland II project, which will take a total of 743,000 m². At the same time, about 30% of each individual plot will take landscaping.

The project provides villas with five and six bedrooms, as well as four-bedroom apartments. Residents will be able to walk regularly on the local embankment, while using the entire infrastructure of the center of Dubai - shops, shopping centers, hospitals, leading educational institutions.

The authors of the project are developer Sobha Realty. Earlier, the company successfully commissioned Sobha Hartland in Dubai. This is a residential area of 750,000 m², with villas, townhouses and apartments.
