An eight-bedroom mansion in Dubai's District One has become the most expensive sale of 2022

The most active investors in the luxury housing market in Dubai are still immigrants from Europe and the CIS, and one of them recently purchased a house in District One for 89.1 million dirhams. It is said to be one of the highest prices ever paid for housing in District One.

The eight-bedroom residence with an area of 32,500 square meters is located near the crystal-clear lagoon. It has a private cinema, an entertainment area and a large «family area», as is customary in Dubai homes these days. The purchase and sale transaction began in March and ended in mid-May.

District One, a Meydan Group complex covering over 1,000 acres along with Dubai Hills, has recently become a popular investment destination, especially for those looking for an alternative to Emirates Hills.
