Azizi is delivering 499 new units in Dubai in June

98 percent of the construction work at the Star project has been complete.

Azizi Developments, a leading developing company in UAE, has announced that the construction of its well-connected condominium project, Star, is now 98 percent complete. The project is strategically located in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor – Al Furjan.

The developer is all set to finalize 499 units, 486 of which are residential and the remaining 13 are highly sought-after retail spaces. Azizi is delivering the project according to the schedule and in line with its high-quality constriction-driven approach.

As for the residential units, they include 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedrooms apartments as well as 10 spacious, luxurious sky villas. The handover of units to owners is scheduled for June, said the developer.

According to Azizi, the structure, blockwork, internal plaster and tiling at Star have been fully completed, while both the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix have recorded 98 percent.

Progress on the external works has reached 90 percent and the swimming pool is now more than 87 per cent complete.

The façade works now stand at 100 percent, and overall finishing and elevator works are nearing completion.
