To ensure best practice standards are implemented with regards to sustainability and energy saving, high quality glass has been used for the buildings’ façade to achieve maximum level possible for heat and UV light management, LED lighting installed in all apartments and common areas, all common areas are managed via smart lighting control system, and best in class building management system is implemented to maximize the operational energy demands for the building.
Bloom Towers is the only project in Jumeriah Village Circle that has its own dedicated chillers. Unlike the central district cooling system, this will ensure only direct cooling charges are paid and unit owners have the full control over the AC demands.
