Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, April 1-8, 2021

89 plots sold for USD 139 million; 874 apartments and villas sold for USD 639 million.

1,379 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.38 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 1 to 8 April, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Saih Shuaib 3, standing at USD 17 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 13 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.

Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 20 sales transactions worth USD 12 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 12 sales transactions worth USD 32 million and Nad Al Shiba Third with 10 sales transactions worth USD 7 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Um Ramool sold for USD 169 million, an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 83 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 36 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 544.5 million. The highest was a land in Al Barshaa South Second, mortgaged for USD 114 million.

66 properties worth USD 38 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
