The leading developer of Sharjah for the first time put up for sale luxury real estate in its neighboring emirate of Dubai. This is the Sarai Villa complex, which has become the fifth phase of the "forest-themed" megaproject in the Masaar community.
Prices in the new complex start from 20 million AED ($5.45 million). Buyers will be offered a choice of 36 mansions. The launch of this project takes place against the backdrop of growing demand for ultra-luxury real estate both in Sharjah and throughout the UAE. Given that developers can no longer satisfy this demand in Dubai, it is possible that wealthy buyers will consider such a good option in the neighboring emirate, especially since housing prices of a similar class are much lower here.
Sarai Villa offers two types of mansions with six bedrooms. The villas have 3 or 4 floors. At the same time, the developer promises the residents of the villas increased privacy due to the competent layout of the village. Other advantages of this offer include a foyer with high ceilings, extensive terraces and halls, spacious gardens and English courtyards, large basements with equipment for home entertainment, gyms and saunas, swimming pools and outdoor patios. All mansions have separate rooms for the maid and the driver, as well as spacious storerooms.
The complex is located in the center of the Masaar community. All the mansions will be commissioned by the end of 2025.
