According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 500 properties worth 1.42 billion dirhams were sold in the Dubai real estate market on Tuesday, as well as 68 mortgage transactions totaling 219.2 million dirhams and 16 gift transactions totaling 140.24 million dirhams.

Mortgage loans included 46 villas and apartments worth 66.39 million dirhams and 22 land plots worth 152.81 million dirhams, resulting in the total value of today's real estate transactions exceeded 1.7 billion dirhams. The sales included 425 villas and apartments worth 1.02 billion dirhams and 75 plots of land worth 399.22 million dirhams.
