Iconic One Za'abeel Hotel completes full cladding: opening scheduled for 2023

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, developer announced the completion of construction work in the cult complex One Za'abeel development, the opening of which is scheduled for 2023.

 

In the third quarter, the company completed the full glass cladding of its three towers - one Za'abeel The Residences, one Za'abeel Tower and The Link. Work on the One Za'abeel project is currently focused on interior decoration and will be available to residents and visitors later in 2023, according to the phased transfer schedule.

 

The Link is ready to break the Guinness World Record as the «Longest Building», offering a place to live on a hill and several high-class attractions, including a 360° observation deck with a fascinating view of the city.

 

The One Za'abeel project includes 264 luxury simplexes and duplexes that were put up for sale earlier this year. Its strategic location close to Dubai's commercial business district also makes One Za'abeel a prestigious business address with 26,000 square meters of Class A office space, attracting international corporations to locate in one of the most sought-after business areas.
