50 plots sold for USD 58.8 million, 417 apartments and villas sold for USD 222 million.

621 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 408 million in total were recorded in Dubai during the week ending 10 May, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, standing at USD 4.5 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 4.4 million also in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.

Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 14 sales transactions worth USD 7.8 million. It is followed by Nad Al Shiba Third with 10 sales transactions worth USD 7.3 million and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 8 sales transactions worth USD 21 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 26 million, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 19 million and another apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 17 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 138 million. The highest was a land in Al Nahda First, mortgaged for USD 38 million.

7 properties worth USD 3.8 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
