Azizi launches construction of the fourth phase of the Riviera project

The first units in the first phase of Riviera will be handed over this summer.

One of UAE's leading private developer Azizi Developments has started the construction of the fourth phase of Riviera, its flagship master planned community inspired by the French Mediterranean in MBR City in Dubai.

Azizi’s fourth phase of Riviera is built at a project cost of USD 1.09 billion.

The fourth phase of Riviera will consist of 5,061 units, including around 2,606 studios, 1,579 one-bedroom and 876 two-bedroom apartments. All buildings will feature fully equipped gyms, two swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and children’s play areas and are surrounded by vast green open spaces and other amenities.

Construction at Riviera is progressing swiftly. The first phase is now 85% complete, the second phase have reached more than 70% and the third phase has already been over 40% constructed.

The first units in the first phase of Riviera will be handed over this summer. The last keys of the fourth phase homes will be given to investors and end users in the end of 2022, marking the full completion of Azizi's four-phase megaproject.

Stylish waterfront destination Riviera is located in the heart of MBR City in the midst of all the business, leisure and retail hubs of the city. The project will comprise approximately 16,000 residences in total.

The homes offer spectacular views of the city’s skyline and ensure generous space, spread across three locations: an extensive retail boulevard, a canal walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins – a lush-green social space.

Moreover, upon completion the community will feature a cycling and jogging path throughout, set in green landscaping, several beautifully made water features and stunning lighting that will light up all of Riviera at night.
