According to data provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, 344 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.77 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 67 mortgage transactions totaling 115.99 million dirhams and 48 gift transactions totaling 63.51 million dirhams.
The value of the mortgaged property included 61 villas and apartments worth 103.68 million dirhams and 6 land plots worth 12.31 million dirhams, as a result of which the total value of real estate transactions to date has exceeded 1.9 billion dirhams. The sales included 286 villas and apartments worth 600.16 million dirhams and 58 land plots worth 1.17 billion dirhams.
