According to data provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD), 452 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.45 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market on Monday, as well as 94 mortgage transactions totaling 218.97 million dirhams and 13 gift transactions totaling 39.65 million dirhams.
More than 1.7 billion dirhams were spent on real estate as a result of the sale of 406 villas and apartments in the amount of 840.46 million dirhams, 46 land plots in the amount of 612.76 million dirhams, as well as mortgages of 64 villas and apartments in the amount of 144.07 million dirhams and 30 land plots in the amount of 74.9 million dirhams.
